الملخص
نحاول من خلال هذه المداخلة، رصد مختلف الآراء والأحكام الفقهية التي أفتى بها فقهاء المغرب الأوسط فيما يتعلّق بالغش في العملة والتعامل بها في فترة حكم الدولة الزيانية، خاصّة خلال القرنين الثامن والتاسع الهجريين(14و15م)، والتي نقلتها لنا النصوص النوازلية، وهي الآراء التي نستعرضها من أجل التعرّف على موقعها من إجراءات السلطة الحاكمة في سبيل مواجهة هذه الظاهرة التي أضرّت باقتصاد الدولة وبأفراد المجتمع، ومدى مساهمتها من جهتها في القضاء أو التخفيف من حدّتها وآثارها. Through this intervention, we are trying to monitor the various opinions and jurisprudential rulings issued by the jurists of the Middle Maghreb with regard to currency fraud and dealing with it during the period of the rule of the Zayani state, especially during the eighth and ninth centuries AH (14th and 15th AD), which were conveyed to us by the Nawazil texts, which are the opinions that we review In order to identify its position in the ruling authority's measures in order to confront this phenomenon, which has harmed the state's economy and the members of society, and the extent of its contribution on its part to the judiciary or mitigating its severity and effects.
