مساهمة السكن العمومي الايجاري في تحقيق المساواة الاجتماعية، حالة دراسة حي 250 مسكن مدينة الوادي.

الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث الى معالجة احدى المشاكل الجديدة المتعلقة بالسكن العمومي الايجاري و الى مدى تحقيقه للمساواة الاجتماعية من خلال الابعاد المختلفة لهذا البرنامج السكني، كالبعد الاجتماعي و البعد الفيزيقي والبعد القانوني، كما تم اختيار مدينة وادي سوف في هذه الدراسة كمجتمع للبحث و القطب الجامعي حي 250 مسكن كعينة للدراسة، واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على الملاحظة والاستمارة كأدوات لجمع البيانات وكذلك الزيارات الميدانية المتكررة حول المؤسسات المتعلقة بتسيير وتنظيم السكن في مدينة الوادي كمديرية السكن وصندوق السكن ومديرية الترقية والتسيير العقاري، حيث توصلت اهم نتائج هذه الدراسة الى ان السكن العمومي الايجاري في مدينة وادي سوف حي 250 مسكن يكرس المساواة الاجتماعية ويعمل على تجسيدها. Abstract: The aim of this research article is about one of the new issues of rental public housing, which is the extent of social equality achievement, Nor through the various dimensions of this housing program, such as : the Social, the Physical, and the Legal dimension. However, The City of Wadi-Souf has been chosen as a research community and the University District « 250 » dwellings as a sample in this study. Furthermore, This study has been structured on observation and questionnaires as tools for data collection. Well as frequent field visits about institutions that related to management and organization of housing in the City of Al-Wadi, such as : both of Fund and Directorat Housing additionally to Directorate of Promotion and Real Estate Management. to sum up, the most important results of this study concluded that the rental public housing in the City of Wadi-Souf is the District « 250 » dwellings, that devotes social equalit and works to embody it .
