الملخص
الملخص: سلطت الدراسة الضوء على تقنية الإخصاب الصناعي وأثرها على حق الطفل في معرفة أصوله البيولوجية الذي أقرته اتفاقية حقوق الطفل خاصة بالنسبة للدول التي تبيح عمليات الإخصاب الصناعي دون قيود أو شروط يتدخل طرف ثالث في عملية الإخصاب ما يثير إشكالات عديدة بخصوص تطبيق بنود الاتفاقية، حيث ركزت الدراسة على ضبط المفاهيم المرتبطة بالموضوع مع الوقوف على الإشكالات التي يثيرها الإخصاب الصناعي الماسة بحق الطفل في الهوية لتخلص في الأخير إلى أن المسألة لا تزال صعبة التطبيق ويؤدي تفعيلها إلى تغير جدري في مفهوم الأسرة والأمومة والأبوة Abstract: The study sheds light on the artificial fertilization technique and its impact on the child’s right to know his biological origins, which was approved by the Convention on the Rights of the Child, especially for countries that allow artificial fertilization without restrictions or conditions. A third party interferes in the fertilization process, which raises many problems regarding the application of the provisions of the Convention. To adjust the concepts related to the subject while standing on the problems raised by artificial fertilization that affect the child's right to identity, to finally conclude that the issue is still difficult to implement and its activation leads to a major change in the concept of family, motherhood and fatherhood.
