حماية البيئية في إطار قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني

الملخص
يعتبر موضوع المحافظة على البيئة في أوقات السلم والحرب ، من أهم المواضيع المدرجة ضمن اهتمامات المجتمع الدولي . ولعل اختصاص القانون الدولي الإنساني بحماية البيئة من ملوثات الحروب ، لدليل واضح على خطورة الآثار التي تخلفها الحروب ، والتي تمتد لفترات طويلة وتنعكس سلبا على حياة الإنسان ، والوسط الذي يعيش فيه ويستمد منه موارده ومن أجل الوقوف ضد هذه التهديدات التي تشترك فيها جميع دول العالم ، تم وضع قواعد وآليات في إطار القانون الدولي الإنساني ، في محاولة للتقليل من أضرار الحرب على البيئة خاصة في ضل استخدام أساليب و وسائل جد متطورة ، ولها تأثيرات جسيمة على البيئة . The issue of preserving the environment in times of peace and war is one of the most important topics listed among the concerns of the international community. Perhaps the competence of international humanitarian law to protect the environment from war pollutants is a clear evidence of the seriousness of the effects left by wars, which extend for long periods and negatively affect human life, and the environment in which he lives and derives his resources. In order to stand against these threats in which all countries of the world participate, rules and mechanisms have been established within the framework of international humanitarian law, in an attempt to reduce the damages of war on the environment, especially in light of the use of very advanced methods and means, which have serious effects on the environment.
