الملخص
أن الجريمة معضلة اجتماعية صعبة خاصة إن كان مرتكبها فئة حساسة في بناء المجتمعات، لذا اتجهنا في بحثنا هذا لبعض التخصص، وهي الأخذ بعين الاعتبار للنوع الجندري الأنثوي التي تأتي بالسلوك الإجرامي أو الجريمة لدى شريحة حساسة وهي النساء، هي خطوة كمحاولة لفهم خطوات التي تخلق مشكلة الجريمة لدى النساء وتحديد الفعل، أي أننا يمكن أن نعتبر السبب هو المنبه الخارجي أو الداخلي، ومن هنا سنحاول أن نقدم بعض النظريات التي تقدم مثل هذه التفسيرات في هذا الجزء بالإضافة إلى محاولة تبيان مراحل التاريخية التي مر بها الأفعال المجرمة لدى النساء وأنواعها ومسبباتها لتصل إلى ما هو عليه اليوم في مختلف المجتمعات سنحاول أيضا أن نقدم الأدلة التي يبين انتشار الجريمة في الوسط النسوي.
