إطار مقترح لتدقيق الحسابات في بيئة السحابة الإلكترونية

الملخص
ملخص البحث: تناول البحث توضيح الاطار العلمي للتدقيق في بيئة السحابة الالكترونية وتحديد المتطلبات اللازمة للتدقيق في بيئة السحابة الالكترونية مع إقتراح مجموعة من الاجراءات التي يتطلب من مدقق الحسابات القيام بها للقيام بالتدقيق في بيئة السحابة الالكترونية كخدمة تأكيدية مكملة لعمله الاساسي في تدقيق حسابات الوحدة التي تكلفه بهذا العمل. وتوصل البحث الى ضرورة التفرقة بين طبيعة عمل مدقق الحسابات من حيث إمكانية استخدامه لخدمات السحابة الالكترونية في أداء عمله عن طبيعة عمله في تدقيق حسابات وحدة تتعامل مع مزود خدمة السحابة الالكترونية، ومن ثم تم تحديد مجموعة مقترحة من الاجراءات التي يتطلبها العمل في تدقيق الوحدات المستفيدة من خدمات السحابة الالكترونية والتي بدورها يمكن أن تكون برنامجاً مقترحاً يستخدم في ذلك من قبل مدققي الحسابات. The study dealt with clarifying the scientific framework for auditing the electronic cloud environment, defining the requirements necessary for auditing the electronic cloud environment, and proposing a set of procedures that the auditor is required to take to carry out the audit in the electronic cloud environment as a confirmatory service that complements his basic work in auditing the accounts of the unit that assigns him this work. The research concluded that it is necessary to differentiate between the nature of the auditor’s work in terms of the possibility of using electronic cloud services in performing his work and the nature of his work in auditing the accounts of a unit that deals with the electronic cloud service provider, and then a proposed set of procedures that are required to work in auditing the units benefiting from electronic cloud services have been identified.
