التناول الإعلامي للجريمة ومشكلات عدم انضباطه بأخلاقيات المهنة الإعلامية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التنبيه على خطورة حضور المواد الإعلامية التي تتضمن مواضيع الجريمة في وسائل الإعلام، إضافة إلى التعريف بأهم المشكلات المحتملة للنشر غير المنضبط لمواضيع الجريمة في وسائل الإعلام. ولقد رصدت الدراسة جملة من المشكلات المترتبة على كثافة نشر المواد الإعلامية المتضمنة مواضيع الجريمة أو المصورة لها، ومن أهمها: مشكلة فوضى النشر والتهويل والإثارة في العرض و/أو الصياغة و/أو الإخراج، ومشكلة تصوير تفاصيل الجرائم، ومشكلة التعدي على بعض الحريات والحقوق، ومشكلة التأثير على الشهود وعلى أحكام القضاء، ومشكلة إضعاف الإحساس بقداسة واجب التحفظ اتجاه الجرائم الأخلاقية. Abstract : This study aims to draw attention to the seriousness of the presence of media materials that include crime topics in the media, in addition to defining the most important potential problems of the uncontrolled publication of crime topics in the media. The study monitored a number of problems resulting from the intensity of publishing media materials that include crime topics or illustrate them, the most important of which are: the problem of publishing chaos, intimidation and excitement in presentation, drafting and/or output, the problem of depicting the details of crimes, and the problem of infringement on some freedoms and rights, And the problem of influencing witnesses and judicial rulings, and the problem of weakening the sense of the sanctity of the duty of caution towards moral crimes. .
