دورالتمكين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للمرأة الجزائرية في تحقيق التنمية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التمكين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للمرأة الجزائرية في تحقيق التنمية في مختلف المجالات منها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، وذلك بعرض مؤشرات تمكينها اجتماعيا والمتمثلة في التعليم والصحة، ومؤشرات تمكينها اقتصاديا متمثلة في مشاركتها في سوق العمل. اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي لوصف وضع المرأة الجزائرية وذلك بعرض مختلف الإحصائيات الخاصة بها معتمدين على مختلف نشريات الديوان الوطني للإحصائيات ONS، ومختلف المسوح العنقودية المتعددة المؤشرات MICS. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تحسن كبير في وضع المرأة الجزائرية حيث زادت مشاركتها في مختلف الميادين وذلك بفضل الجهود التي قامت بها الدولة الجزائرية من أجل ترقية وضع المرأة ودمجها في العملية التنموية، حيث ارتفعت معدلات التمدرس لدى الإناث في مختلف المستويات، وتحسن الوضع الصحي بفضل البرامج الصحية التي فرضتها الدولة فتراجعت معدلات الخصوبة لديها، وذلك أتاح لها فرصة أكبر للمشاركة الاقتصادية. Abstract: The main objective of this Research is to highlight the role of the social and economic empowerment of Algerian women in achieving development in various fields, including social and economic ones, by presenting the indicators of their social empowerment represented in education and health, and the indicators of their economic empowerment represented in their participation in the labor market . In this research , we use a descriptive approach to describe the situation of Algerian women by presenting various statistics , relying on the various publications of the National Office for Statistics (ONS), and the various Multiple Indicator Cluster Surveys (MICS).Our results show that there is a significant improvement in the status of Algerian women, as their participation in various fields increased, thanks to the efforts made by the Algerian state to ameliorate the status of women and integrate them into the development process, as the schooling rates of females increased at various levels, and the health status improved thanks to the health programs imposed by the state, which led to a decline in their fertility rates, and this gave them a greater opportunity for economic participation.
