الملخص
تتمأسس أدوار الفاعل المؤسساتي كشريك إجتماعي حقيقي بناءا على ممارسات تبجل خدمة الاخر كأولوية تكفلها المصلحة العامة، عبر الاستثمار في الرأس المال الإجتماعي العلاقاتي ببنية تجدي وظيفية أنساق وقائعه الاجتماعية الثقافية السياسية الاجتماعية نحو الهدف، بأنماط وتصورات باعثة على حضور هوياتي ذهني تنشئ إستعداد( الهابيتوس) سلوك الاخر توجيها وإدراكا، هذه الصور "سلطوية البنية" الماثلة في المخيال الإجتماعي العام، تواجه نوع من الانفلات بإيعاز شبكي "إفتراضي" مفتوح يوازي قوة الفاعل المؤسساتي المؤطرة والتي ذللها بعائق هابيتوسي أفقد نمطية توليد الاستعدادات على النحو" الواقعي"، مما يستدعي تفكيك علاقاتي عبر ألية التفاوض بالمناورة(المصداقية-والواقعية) داخل بنية العلاقات الشبكية والانخراط في الإنتاج بشكل فعال من خلال منظومة الادراك، والتصورات وأنماط التفكير كـــــقواعد مولدة للممارسات، وهذا من خلال المعرفة الجادة بنظام الحقل وثقافته ومعايير الممارسة فيه لتحقيق نوع من الإعتراف. كلمات مفتاحية: الهابيتوس، البناء ، الفاعل المؤسساتي، الشبكة ، الهوية. Abstract This aims study focuses to develope the roles of the "institutional actor" as a true social partner,on the basis of practices that honor the service of the other as a priority guaranteed by the general interest, by investing in relational social capital with a structure functional which coordinates its social, cultural activities, social, political and social realities towards the goal, with models and perceptions conducive to the presence of my mental identities which create a preparation (habitus). The behavior of the other is orientation and awareness. These images of "authoritarian structure" present in the general social imagination, in the face of a kind of relaxation with a retinal impulse that feeds the "virtual" open parallel to the power of the framed institutional actor, who has tamed it with a habitual obstacle that loses the stereotypical generation of predispositions in a "realistic" manner, which necessitates the dismantling of my relationships through the negotiation mechanism by maneuvering (credibility and realism) within the structure of networked relations and engaging in production effectively through the system of perception, perceptions and patterns of thinking as rules that generate practices, and this is through serious knowledge of the field system, its culture and standards of practice in it to achieve a kind of Identity acceptance.
