التطبيقات الفعلية لإنتقال الجزائر إلى الاقتصاد الرقمي

الملخص
ملخص:يركز هذا المقال على انتقال الاقتصاد الجزائري إلى الاقتصاد الرقمي، هذه الوسيلة الجديدة التي أثبتت أهميتها وضروريتها لتنمية الدول في جميع القطاعات. فلم يعد بإمكان الاقتصاد الجزائري الآن أن يهمل تطور تكنولوجيا المعلومات وضرورة مواكبتها، خاصة وأن الرقمنة أصبحت تمتد إلى معظم القطاعات على المستوى العالمي. من خلال هذه الدراسة تم توضيح ما تمكنت الجزائر من تقديمه وتحقيقه من أجل هذا التحول، لا سيما على المستوى التنظيمي والمؤسسي والبنية التحتية الأساسية والرقمية من خلال الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر قامت بالفعل بتطبيق الاقتصاد الرقمي بما تتيحه البنية التحتية الرقمية التي تمتلكها. Abstract: This article focuses on the transition of the Algerian economy towards the digital economy, this new means which has shown its indispensability to the development of countries in all sectors. Now the Algerian economy can no longer resolve to remain on the sidelines of the evolution of technologies and information, especially since at the global level digital technology extends to almost all sectors. We try to expose in detail what Algeria has been able to provide and achieve for this transition, particularly at the regulatory and institutional level, and the basic and digital infrastructures, using the analytical descriptive approach. This study concluded that Algeria has already started implementing the digital economy, as provided by the digital infrastructure it has.
