مضيعات الوقت بين البيئة الداخلية والخارجية للتنظيم

الملخص
الملخص: ظاهرة تضييع الوقت مشكلة تشغل بال العديد من المختصين سواء في مجال علم اجتماع التنظيم أو علم النفس التنظيمي أو ادارة الأعمال، باعتبارها مشكلة تواجه التنظيمات وتعرقلها عن الوصول لأهدافها، حيث تعتبر ظاهرة هدر الوقت من المشكلات التنظيمية الراهنة التي تحدث جِراء الانحراف والتمرد على النظام، ونقصد بها اسراف الوقت في الأعمال غير الضرورية أو غير المخطط لها. وعليه تهدف ورقتنا البحثية الى تسليط الضوء على مشكلة مضيعات الوقت، ومصادرها التي ترتبط بين البيئة الداخلية للمنظمة وبين الأبعاد الاجتماعية والثقافية، وهذا راجع الى استحالة الفصل بين المنظمة وعملياتها الداخلية ولمحيط الخارجي ومؤثراته المختلفة، فقد حاولنا التركيز على أهم العناصر المتسببة في مضيعة الوقت في البيئتين، ففي البيئة الداخلية تناولنا الرقابة، القيادة والتوظيف كعمليات تنظيمية تسبب مضيعات الوقت، ومن جهة أخرى تطرقنا إلى نقاط متعلقة بالبيئة الخارجية أهمها : تناقض القيم داخل المنظمة، العادات والتقاليد والذهنية الريفية للعامل وعلاقتهم بمضيعات الوقت، وأخيرا حاولنا أن تكون هذه الدراسة سوسيو-تاريخية لأننا تناولنها بالبحث منذ بداية التصنيع ليومنا هذا. Abstract: Poor time usage is considered quite a problem haunting many specialist’s minds in organizational sociology, organizational psychology as well as business administration. Since it is an obstacle in the face of organizations keeping them from their ultimate goals, time wasting is a current problem stemming from deviation and rebellion against Oder. The problem of poor time management is all about wasting time in unnecessary and unplanned things. Therefore, this research of ours aims to shed light on the issue of time wasting and the reasons behind its occurrence which are linked to the inner environment of organizations in addition to the socio-cultural dimensions. That is because one cannot separate a given organization and its interior processes from the exterior environment and its various effects. This is an attempt to focus on the crucial elements both in the interior environment: surveillance, leadership and hiring as organized processes that are time consuming; in addition to the exterior environmental elements including: the contradiction of values, customs and traditions plus the retardedness mentality and its relation to time waste.
