الملخص
ملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مساهمة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية وهذا من خلال ابراز واقع الإدارة الإلكترونية في مديرية التوزيع لسونلغاز بعين صالح وكيف تأثر هذه الأخيرة في إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية، ومن أجل شرح أكثر شمولا ووضوح لهذه العلاقة قمنا بتحليل إجابات أفراد عينة تتكون من 27 موظف من المديرية محل الدارسة. وخلصت الدراسة الى أنه توجد علاقة إرتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية وإعادة هندسة العلميات الإدارية تقدربــــ 0.853، كما أن قيمة معامل التحديد تساوي (0.728) مما يدل أن نسبة مساهمة التأثير في التباين بين المتغيرين تبلغ (72.8%) وهي نسبة مرتفعة جدا. إضافة إلى أنه يوجد أثر إيجابي دال إحصائيا لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية على إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية يقدربــــــ 67.048 ،ومنه إستنتجنا بأن تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية له دور كبير في إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the contribution of the application of electronic management in the re-engineering of administrative operations, and this is by highlighting the reality of electronic management in the Distribution Directorate of Sonelgaz in in Salah. And how the latter was affected by the re-engineering of administrative processes, For a more comprehensive and clear explanation of this relationship, we analyzed the answers of a sample of 27 employees of the directorate under study. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the application of electronic management and the re-engineering of administrative operations, estimated at 0.853, And the value of the determination coefficient is equal to (0.728), which indicates that the percentage of the effect's contribution to the variance between the two variables is (72.8%), which is a very high percentage. In addition, there is a statistically significant positive effect of the application of electronic management on the re-engineering of administrative processes estimated at 67,048. From it, we concluded that the application of electronic management has a major role in re-engineering administrative processes.
