الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصال تقنية القرن العشرين وما بعده، فهي تعبر عن مجموع الأنشطة والأدوات المستخدمة للتلقي والتخزين والتحليل وتوصيل المعلومات وتبادلها في كل أشكالها بتكنولوجياتها الاتصالية وتطبيقاتها في المجالات المختلفة والتي من بينها المجال التعليمي، أين فتحت من خلاله هذه التكنولوجيات المعلوماتية الاتصالية العديد من الآفاق أمام الطالب الجزائري نحو سبل حديثة في اكتساب المعرفة والاستفادة منها، بمختلف الوسائل والطرق التكنولوجية الاتصالية المختلفة والتي من بينها شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على تعددها، وخاصة منها شبكة الفايسبوك، أين أصبح الطالب الجامعي يعتمد عليه كوسيلة اتصالية علمية تواصليه مع الأساتذة نظرا لما تحمله من ايجابيات، لكن في المقابل قد تحُول دون تحقٌق الفعالية الاتصالية المرغوبة التي تكون بنسبة أكثر في الاتصال المواجهي وما يحتويه من مميزات تفاعلية، في خضم هذا الطرح سنحاول الإجابة على الإشكال الآتي: ما هي انعكاسات استخدام الفايسبوك على الفعالية الاتصالية بين الطلبة والأساتذة من وجهة نظر طلبة وأساتذة علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة باتنة؟. Summary: Information and communication technologies (ICTs) are the technology of the twentieth century and beyond. They reflect the range of activities and tools used to receive, store, analyse, communicate and share information in all its forms with their communication technologies and applications in various fields, including education. Where these ICTs have opened up so many prospects for Algerian students towards modern ways to acquire and benefit from knowledge The various means and technological methods of communication, including the various social networks; Especially the Facebook network, where a university student has become dependent on it as a scientific means of communication with professors due to the pros, However, the desired communication effectiveness, which has a higher of confrontational communication and interactive advantages, may not be achieved. In the midst of this, we will try to answer the following problems: What are the implications of using Facebook on the communication effectiveness between students and professors from the point of view of students and professors of information and communication sciences at the University of batna?
