كرُونُولوجْيا الهِجرة الجَزائِرية إلى فرنْسا

الملخص
يتناول الباحِث في هذا المقال ظاهِرة هِجرة الجزائريين إلى فرنسا مُنذ بدايتها إلى يومنا هذا، حيثُ أنَّ إعادة هذِه الظاهِرة إلى بداياتها الحقيقية هُو أمر مُهم جِدًّا وضرُورة مُلِحَّة في عملية فهمِها وتفسِيرها؛ ويسعى الباحِث بالاعتماد على التحليل الكيفي إلى تقديم وصْف كرُونولُوجي لأهم المراحِل التي مرَّت بها هِجرة الجزائريين إلى فرنسا والأسباب التي دفعت بِهم إلى الهجرة وأشكال الهجرة التي ميَّزت كُل مرحلة. توصَّل الباحِث إلى أنَّه يُمكِن تقسِيم تاريخ هِجرة الجزائريين نحو فرنسا إلى مرحلتين رئيسيتَين، تبدأ الأولى مِن سبعينيات القرن التاسِع عشر وتستمِرُّ إلى غاية جلاءْ الاستعمار الفرنسي عنِ الأراضي الجزائرية ومن أمثِلة هذه المرحلة هِجرة التُّجار المتجوِّلين بالسّجاجيد والتُّحف، وهِجرة الخدم مع مُستخدِميهم، وهجرة العُمَّال لتعويض النُّقص في اليد العاملة الفرنسية، وهِجرة المجنَّدين خِلال الحربين؛ وتبدأ المرحلة الثانية غداة اِستقلال الجزائر وتستمِر إلى يومنا هذا، وشهِدت اِستمرار تدفُّق اليد العاملة وظُهور أشْكال جديدة للهِجرة مِثل هِجرة الطَّلبة وهِجرة الأدمغة وهِجرة رُؤوس الأموال والهِجرة غير الشرعية. Abstract : In this article, the researcher deals with the phenomenon of Algerian immigration to France from its first appearance to the present day, as we have to understand this phenomenon from its true beginning which is a very important matter and an urgent necessity. The researcher seeks, based on the qualitative analysis, to provide a chronological description of the most important stages through which the migration of Algerians to France went through, the reasons that prompted them to emigrate, and the forms of migration that characterized each stage. The researcher concluded that the history of the migration of Algerians towards France can be divided into two main phases, the first of which starts from the seventies of the nineteenth century and continues until the evacuation of French colonialism from Algerian lands. Examples of this stage include the migration of merchants, the migration of servants with their employers, the migration of workers to compensate for the shortage of French labor, and the migration of recruits during the two wars. The second stage begins after the independence of Algeria to this day, and witnessed the continuous flow of labor and the emergence of new forms of migration such as student migration, brain drain, capital migration and illegal immigration.
