منهجية ترجمة المعلومة الإستراتيجية في الإعلام

الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر ترجمة المعلومة الإستراتيجية ذات بعد أساسي في بناء مؤسسات الدولة، فهي ليست قاصرة على تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف ومستوى فعالية العملياتية، وفرض التطوير واقتراح المبادلات التي تحد من المخاطر وتعزيز المكاسب العامة لأي مؤسسة منها فحسب، وإنما أهميتها تتجلى بوضوح في استغلال المجالات الحيوية التي تعد فيها صناعة القرار بمثابة اللبنة الأساسية في بناء الدول رغبة منها في بسط سيادتها وتحقيق أهدافها على المدى الطويل. وتعد نظم المعلومات الإستراتيجية بمثابة المساند الفعال فيها ضمن الإدارة، حيث تلعب دورا حاسما في إدخال العديد من التحسينات التكنولوجيا سواء للمنتجات أو الخدمات لاسيما مع بروز تكنولوجيا المعلومات التي تستخدم كأداة لجمع المعلومات بغرض معالجتها وتخزينها. ولا ريب أن مجال الإعلام وعلى غرار القطاعات الأخرى يعتمد في مخططاته في عصر العولمة الحالي على تكنولوجيا المعلومات ذات الأداء العالي في التعامل مع الأجهزة و البرمجيات و كل ما يخص نقل المعلومات في عالم الاتصال في سبيل اطلاع الرأي العام في الداخل والخارج على ما يدور من أحداث ووقائع. Abstract : Strategic information translation has a principal dimension in State institution building. In addition to its ability to define strengths, weaknesses, and the level of operationism effectiveness, to impose development, to suggest exchanges that limit risks, and to sustain the general benefits for any establishment, its importance can be obviously noticed in exploiting vital fields; in which decision making represents the basic brick for building states aiming to extend their authorities and to attain their objectives in the long term. Strategic information systems are considered to be the efficient supporting element of administration in those states, playing a crucial role in introducing many technological improvements regarding products and services, in particular with information technology appearance, used as a tool of collecting information for processing and storage. In common with other sectors, the field of computer science counts in this globalization era, on high performance-information technology, when dealing with appliances and software, and when it comes to information transmission in the communication world, for keeping public opinion, inside and outside, up to date on facts and events.
