دور الاتصال في التوعية بظاهرة المخدرات بالجزائر دراسة حالة مركز معالجة الإدمان بالبليدة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الاتصال في التوعية بظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات والحد من اتشارها بين أفراد المجتمع من وجهة نظر متلقي العلاج بمركز معالجة الإدمان "فرانس فانون" بالبليدة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وذلك بالاعتماد على أسلوب الحصر الشامل لـ 300 مبحوثا من متلقي العلاج بالمركز، وبناءا على الدراسة النظرية والتطبيقية التي قام بها الباحث خلصت إلى عدد من النتائج نذكرها في ما يلي: أثبتت الدراسة أن مركز معالجة الإدمان يقوم بعملية تطوير الأساليب في التوعية والتحسيس بظاهرة المخدرات،و أن إدارة مركز معالجة الإدمان نجحت في توظيف الاتصال في حملات التوعية للحد من انتشار الظاهرة، وأن أغلب المتعاطين من فئة الأطفال والشباب، مما يدل على فشل المؤسسات التربوية والتعليمية في احتواء الظاهرة، و أن هناك قصور في تعريف الناشئة بأضرار المخدرات بشكل مستمر في برامج الإعلام، وسهولة الحصول على المخدرات بطريقة التحايل من الصيدليات وبيعها في النوادي والمقاهي، وضعف الرقابة والرعاية الأسرية وتفشي المشاكل العائلة أدى بعدد كبير من المتعاطين إلى ولوج عالم المخدرات، كما أثبتت الدراسة أن إدارة مركز معالجة الإدمان لم تستخدم الإعلام الجديد في حملات التوعية والحد من انتشار الظاهرة.، و ضعف الميزانية المخصصة لمركز معالجة الإدمان Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of communication in raising awareness of the phenomenon of drug abuse and limiting its spread among members of society from the point of view of the recipients of treatment at the addiction treatment center "Frantz Fanon" in Blida, as well as identifying the factors leading to this dangerous phenomenon, especially for the youth and adolescents; which are the category mostly exposed to these toxins. This is what the results of the questionnaire showed. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, based on a comprehensive enumeration method for 300 envoys who received treatment at the center. Based on the theoretical and applied study carried out by the researcher, he concluded with a number of results that we mention as follows: The study proved that the Addiction Treatment Center is in the process of developing methods in raising awareness and raising awareness of the drug phenomenon , and The study proved that the administration of the Addiction Treatment Center succeeded in employing communication in awareness campaigns to limit the spread of the phenomenon, and The study showed the low role of the school in deepening the open dialogue with students on drug issues, and The study showed that most of the drug users are children and youth, which indicates the failure of educational institutions to contain the phenomenon, and The study revealed a failure to continuously inform young people of the harms of drugs in media programmes, and The ease of obtaining drugs by fraud from pharmacies and selling them in clubs and cafes, and Poor supervision and family care and the spread of family problems led a large number of drug users to the world of drugs. 8- The study proved that the administration of the Addiction Treatment Center did not use the new media in awareness campaigns and limiting the spread of the phenomenon, and The study revealed the weakness of the budget allocated to the addiction treatment center.
