امتثال الجزائر لاتفاق باريس حول المناخ

الملخص
مـلخـص: نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى بيان مختلف التدابير القانونية المتخذة من قبل الجزائر للامتثال لاتفاق باريس حول المناخ، بحيث تتمثل هذه التدابير على المستوى الداخلي في تدابير التخفيف من الإنبعاثات من الغازات الدفيئة و التكيف للتغيرات المناخية ، كما أن الجزائر ملزمة بالخضوع للرقابة وذلك بالوفاء بإطار الشفافية المحدد في اتفاق باريس ، كما أن امتثال الجزائر ليس مرهون فقط بإتخاذ تدابير مختلفة على المستوى الداخلي و لكن متوقف كذلك على المساعدات التكنولوجيا و بناء القدرات، والمالية الواجب توفيرها من قبل اتفاق باريس، ضف إلى ذلك تمكين الجزائر من المشاركة في آلية التنمية المستدامة بما يسمح لها بتحقيق مجهودات التخفيف الواردة في مساهماتها المؤقتة المحددة على المستوى الوطني و الوصول إلى الامتثال لاتفاق باريس حول المناخ . Abstract: Many legal measures taken by Algeria in compliance with the Paris climate agreement, which we seek to show through this study. Where these measures at the internal level are represented in mitigating greenhouse gas emissions and adapting to climate change. Algeria is also under an obligation to be controlled by meeting the transparency framework set out in the Paris Agreement. and Algeria's compliance depends not only on various measures being taken at the domestic level but also on technology assistance and capacity-building, The financing to be provided by the Paris Agreement also enables Algeria to participate in the sustainable development mechanism so as to enable it to realize the mitigation efforts contained in its provisional contributions identified at the national level and to achieve compliance with the Paris Agreement on Climate.
