Reducing man from a person to a mere body, and objectifying this body to become a matter of exploitation and trafficking, are amongst the gravest acts prejudicing the sanctity of human body, in particular children. Unfortunately there are today many international gangs activating in these acts as a source for obscene richness. The Algerian criminal legislator intervened in this domain to provide the required protection to this sanctity according to the international conventions relevant to this subject, through many criminalization processes which are the subject of our study. From the analysis of these criminalization processes we can conclude that Algeria has set the legal frame needed to fight this grave phenomenonand be protected there from, and it prohibits to have the human body a subject of agreement, unless if this is for the purpose of its safety and protection.
