الملخص
This study focus on organizational excellence in the organizations which become very important in the current contemporary business. The existence of excellence will enhance continuity of the business organizations and achieve the quality. The study documented that there are dynamic relationship between those following factors: the rationality of management and efficient time, the effective organizational learning, the management of change, and the professional quality. All these factors will support the organizational excellence which will lead to achieved competitive advantage for those organizations which will apply.
