الملخص
أصبح لجريمة الاتجار بالأعضاء البشرية تداعيات خطيرة فرضت نفسها في الآونة الأخيرة حيث اتخذت شكلا منظما وعابرا للحدود الوطنية وأمام هذا الوضع الخطير بات من الضروري على الدول و المنظمات الدولية و الإقليمية و كذا التشريعات الوطنية أن تواكب التطور الهائل للظاهرة ويجب عليها أن تركز جهودها وإمكانياتها المادية والبشرية من أجل مكافحة هذه الجريمة الوحشية ولذا أصبح التعاون الدولي ضرورة حتمية لمواجهة هذا النوع من الجرائم المنظمة وإيجاد البرامج وتسيطر الاستراتيجيات من أجل مكافحة هذه الجريمة التي تتعدى على حرمة الإنسان و تهدد كيانه. The crime of trafficking in human organs has had serious repercussions that have imposed themselves recently, as they have taken an organized and transnational form. In the face of this dangerous situation, it has become necessary for states, international and regional organizations, as well as national legislation to keep pace with the phenomenal development of the phenomenon, and they must focus their efforts and financial capabilities And humanity in order to combat this brutal crime, and therefore international cooperation has become an imperative necessity to confront this type of organized crime and to find programs and control strategies in order to combat this crime that encroaches on human sanctity and threatens his existence.
