الملخص
تعالج هذه الدراسة دور الامتيازات الجبائية في تنشيط قطاع الصناعات التقليدية والحرف، حيث تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي في عرض مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالموضوع، إضافة إلى منهج دراسة الحالة باستخدام أسلوب التحليل وذلك عن طريق تحليل البيانات الإحصائية المتحصل عليها من طرف مديرية السياحة والصناعة التقليدية لولاية برج بوعريريج إلى غاية 2022. أظهرت النتائج أن الامتيازات الجبائية الموجهة للقطاع تعتبر من أهم مظاهر سعي الدولة للنهوض به، وتأكيدا على إرادتها السياسية في ترقيته ليصبح في مصاف القطاعات الكبرى، فهو قطاع كثيف للعمالة، فضلا عن أنه قطاع صديق للبيئة ويساهم في المحافظة على التراث من الزوال. This study addresses the role of fiscal privileges in the supporting of traditional industry and crafts sector, where the descriptive approach was followed in presenting the various concepts related to the subject, in addition to the case study method using the analysis method, by analyzing the statistical data obtained by the Directorate of Tourism and Handicrafts in Bordj Bou Arreridj to 2022. Results showed that the fiscal privileges directed at the sector were one of the most important manifestations of the state's pursuit of its advancement and an affirmation of its political will to upgrade it into a major sector, a labor-intensive sector, as well as an environmentally friendly sector that contributed to preserving the heritage.
