اصلاح منظومة التعليم العالي في الجزائر في ظل العصر الرقمي، Reforming The Higher Education System In Algeria In Light Of The Digital Age

الملخص

لقد وجدت أنظمة التربية والتعليم العالي نفسها في ازمة هيكلية في ظل جائحة كورونا فأضحت تسابق الزمن لتدارك الفجوة العلمية التي احدثتها الهوة التقنية وعلى جميع الأصعدة، وهو ما الزم صناع القرار في قطاع التعليم العالي في العالم العربي على استحداث معايير جديدة في الأداء منها الاطار القانوني الذي تم ادراجه في عملية التكوين بما يحتم احترام الإجراءات الاحترازية الجديدة ومنها التعليمية والتدريبية والتي أعطت لمعايير التعليم والتدريب والاشراف (عن بعد) مقاييس ومقاربات جديدة. في هذه الورقة سنحاول الوقوف على موضوع آليات تطور أنظمة التعليم العالي في الجزائر في ظل جائحة كورونا ومدى استعداداتها لما بعد الجائحة؟ وما هي استعداداتها لولوج العالم الرقمي. The Algerian higher education systems have found themselves in a structural crisis in light of the Corona pandemic, so they are racing against time to remedy the scientific gap created by the technical gap at all levels. This obligated decision makers in the higher education sector in the Arab world to develop new standards in performance, including the legal framework that was included in the training process, which necessitates respect for new precautionary measures, including educational and training, which gave the standards of education, training and supervision (distance) new standards and approaches. In this paper, we will try to identify the issue of mechanisms for the development of higher education systems in the Algeria in light of the Corona pandemic, and the extent of their preparations for the post-pandemic? What are its preparations for entering the digital world?
