الملخص
The industrial design and model is one of the most important elements of industrial and commercial property, Where Its importance increases with the development in the economic and commercial field It was regulated by the Algerian legislator by Order No. 66/86 on industrial designs in which the formal and objective conditions are specified so that the holder is granted a certificate of registration by the Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property Under which a set of rights arise for him, such as his right to dispose of it Whether by waiver or license to exploit This can be optional or compulsory Waivers and licenses represent a legal mechanisms allows the contractor in the public transaction of works to exploit industrial designs and models Owned by their owners for use in the execution of works this is in accordance with the book of general administrative items applicable to public transactions of works approved by Executive Decree No. 21/219
