واقع حاضنات المقاولاتية الخضراء في الجزائر وسبل تفعيلها على ضوء التجارب العالمية

الملخص
ملخــص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى إبراز دور حاضنات المقاولاتية الخضراء في دعم التوجه البيئي والاجتماعي، من خلال انشاء ومرافقة الأعمال المقاولاتية الخضراء مع عرض بعض التجارب العالمية في هذا المجال، مع الوقوف على التحديات التي تواجهها في الجزائر خاصة في ظل بوادر التحولات الاستراتيجية التي تعمل على دفع حركة المشاريع المقاولاتية، وخلق بيئة أعمال تساهم في تحسين كفاءة العمليات البيئية والاجتماعية لهذه المشاريع. والسير نحو نشر ثقافة المقاولاتية المستدامة لدى رواد الأعمال. وخلصت الدراسة الى أنّ حاضنات الأعمال الخضراء تعد آلية مبتكرة ذات فعالية للارتقاء بالمشروعات والمؤسّسات الناشئة في المجال البيئي، ويمكن للجزائر أن تستفيد من التجارب العالمية وذلك لتقديمها لمنظومة ونموذج متكامل من الخدمات التي تهدف إلى احتضان، دعم وتنمية المؤسّسات النّاشئة من أجل الرقي برؤيتها في مجال حماية البيئة، والمحافظة على الموارد وإيجاد حلول للمشاكل البيئية الحالية، وتساهم في نشر التفكير المقاولاتي المستدام، الذي يعتبر آلية جديدة للنهوض بالمؤسّسات الصغيرة التي تلتزم بأبعاد التنمية المستدامة. Abstract: The aim of this study is to promote the role of green entrepreneurship incubators in supporting environmental and social issues through creating and accompanying green investments and presenting some international experiences in the field. The work also analyses the challenges that green entrepreneurship incubators face in Algeria, especially in light of strategic transformations that are enhancing the movement of entrepreneurial projects and creating a business environment that contributes to improve the efficiency of the environmental and social operations of these projects, which moves towards spreading the culture of sustainable entrepreneurship among entrepreneurs. This study shows the importance of green business incubators as an innovative and an effective mechanism for upgrading projects and emerging institutions in the environmental field. Algeria can benefits from international experiences since it is endowed of a system and an integrated model of services that aim to incubate, support and develop emerging institutions in order to advance their vision in the field of environmental protection, resource conservation, and finding solutions to current environmental problems, as well as to contribute to spread the culture of sustainable entrepreneurship which is considered as a new mechanism for promoting small enterprises that adhere to the dimensions of sustainable development.
