التصديق الإلكتروني ضمان لأمن المعاملات الإلكترونية

الملخص
تتعرض التعاملات الإلكترونية لمخاطر تمس أمنها وموثوقيتها، على غرار القرصنة والتزوير الإلكترونيين؛ لذا كان من الضروري إيجاد آلية من شأنها توفير الأمن لهذه التعاملات، والمحافظة على سرية وخصوصية البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بأطرافها. عليه، تم تكريس واعتماد التصديق الإلكتروني، الذي يعد وسيلة فنية حديثة آمنة، وجد للتحقق من صحة التوقيع والمحرر الإلكترونيين، كما أسندت مهمة تأدية خدماته إلى طرف ثالث محايد، يعرف بـــــ "جهات التصديق الإلكتروني"، والتي تمنح شهادات إلكترونية تعرف بـــــ "شهادات التصديق الإلكتروني"، والتي تؤكد من خلالها هوية أطراف العلاقة التعاقدية الإلكترونية وإرادتهم المفرغة في محرر إلكتروني من جهة، وتثبت جهة التوقيع الإلكتروني إلى الشخص الذي صدر عنه من جهة أخرى، وكل هذا تحت إشراف ورقابة سلطات التصديق الإلكتروني. Abstract: Electronic transactions are exposed to risks affecting their security and reliability, such as electronic hacking and tampering. Therefore, it was necessary to find a mechanism that would ensure the security of these transactions and maintain the confidentiality and particularity of the data and information relating to its parties. Thus, electronic ratification, which is a modern and secure technical means, has been dedicated and approved to verify the validity of the electronic signature and the document. The mission of performing its services has been entrusted to a neutral third party, known as "certification bodies", which issue electronic certificates known as "electronic ratification certificates", by which the identity of the parties to the electronic contractual relationship and their voided will are confirmed in an electronic document on the one hand, and the authority of the electronic signature is confirmed to the person who issued it on the other hand, and all this under the supervision and control of the electronic certification authorities .
