Le Tourisme Patrimonial En Algérie, Une Alternative Au Développement Local : Cas De La Wilaya De Bejaia

Résumé: L’objectif de cet article était de comprendre la relation entre la valorisation du patrimoine, comme spécificité territoriale de la wilaya de Bejaia, et le développement local, cela nous a permis de constater que Bejaia recèle un patrimoine riche et varié, présentant de grandes perspectives de développement de la région, qui demeure peu valorisé. Le schéma directeur d’aménagement touristique de cette wilaya s’engage pour la valorisation des potentiels touristiques naturels et culturels en relation avec sa région, ses acteurs locaux doivent donc s’impliquer dans le processus de valorisation touristique du patrimoine, notamment à travers la promotion des investissements économiques équitables sur les sites du patrimoine, coordonnée au service de développement local, les intégrant aux spécificités de la région, selon les moyens financiers et humains dont elle dispose, et les orientés vers le tourisme sous ses différentes formes. Abstract: In this article tried to understand the relationship between the valuation of heritage as a territorial specificity of the wilaya of bejaia and local development, this has allowed us to see that Bejaia conceals a rich and varied heritage, presenting great prospects for the development of the region which remains undervalued. The tourist development master plan of this wilaya is committed to the development of natural and cultural tourist potential in relation to its region, its local actors must therefore be involved in the process of tourist development of the heritage, in particular through the promotion of fair economic investments on the heritage sites, coordinated with the local development service, integrating them with the specificities of the region, according to the financial and human resources at its disposal, and orienting them towards tourism in its various forms.
