معوقات التخطيط الحضري

الملخص
الملخص: التخطيط الحضري من العلوم التي تعنى بمعالجة هدفٍ رئيسيٍّ أو أهداف تتجلى في وضع واستخدام الأساليب العلمية الضرورية لتطوير وتنمية المناطق الحضرية والإقليمية وحل مشاكلها . غير أنّ مدننا (الجزائرية) لازالت لم تستفد من هذا المكسب العلمي ،وبقيت تعاني من الكثير من الاختلالات التّي تشكّل عقبـات كبرى في طريق تطوير الحياة الحضرية بصفة خاصّة، و التنمية بصفة عامّة. ونرى أنّ عملية التخطيط الحضري في بلادنا تواجه مجموعة من المعوقات التي تقف دون تحقيق الأهداف المرصودة ضمن الخطط المبرمجة، حيث تبقى المدينة الجزائرية محرومة من فوائد هذا العلم . الكلمات المفتاحية: تخطيط حضري; معوقات ; مدينة; تحضّر. Abstract: Urbanism is the science that involves in addressing the main objective or objectives which deal with developing and using the necessary scientific methods for the improvement of urbans and territorial areas and solve their issues. However, the (Algerian) cities have not yet benificed from this scientific gain, and kept having a lot of dysfunctions which impose huge obstacles to the improvement of urban life, particularly, and the the development in general. We suppose that the process of urban planning in our country faces a range of challenges which stand against acheiving the goals pursued within the programmed plans.
