النساء والعمل السياسي في ايطاليا: أزمة تمكين أم قضية استمرار الأسقف الزجاجية؟

الملخص
على الرغم من تزايد عدد النساء الحاصلات على تعليم عالٍ؛ واللواتي أصبحت يشكلن قوة عمل خاصة، ورغم التغييرات النوعية التي عرفتها إيطاليا؛ إلاّ أنها لا تزال تشهد نسب متدنية لمشاركة النساء في الفضاء السياسي، فبعد الحركية التي عرفتها الدولة من الحكم الفاشي، للحرب العالمية الثانية، ونيل الاستقلال، تم إقرار مجموعة من التدابير لمعالجة الاختلالات الحاصلة، لكن ذلك لم يثمر كما كان متوقعا بسبب ترسخ الأسقف الزجاجية التي قيدت ممارسة المرأة للعمل السياسي. لأجل ذلك، تسعى هذه الدراسة للبحث في أدوار المرأة الإيطالية التي لعبتها في بناء وتطور الدولة، والتطرق لتأثير المؤسسات على واقع مشاركتها، والوقوف على أهم العراقيل التي لازالت تحول دون مشاركتها الفاعلة في المجتمع.
