التحديات التي تواجه مهنة المحاسبة (دراسة استطلاعية في الجامعة التقنية الشمالية)

الملخص
المستخلص تضمن البحث اهم التحديات التي تواجه مهنة المحاسبة في العراق وتناول البحث ,الجانب النظري لهذه التحديات والمتمثلة بالازمة البيئية والفساد المالي والتجارة الالكترونية وراس المال الفكري مستفيدا من الادبيات التي كتبت في هذا الموضوع حيث ان التحديات التي تواجه المهنة في العالم هي نفسها التي تواجهها في العراق الا ان الاهمية النسبية لكل تحدي قد يختلف من بيئة الى اخرى لهذا هدف البحث لبيان اي التحديات اكبر من غيرها . كما وتضمن البحث جانب عملي تضمن قائمة استبانة وزعت على عينة من المحاسبين في الجامعة التقنية الشمالية تضمنت عدة اسئلة تخص موضوع البحث واهم ما توصل اليه البحث ان الفساد المالي هو اكبر تحدي يواجه مهنة المحاسبة في العراق , وجاءت توصية في البحث مفادها ضرورة ايجاد سبل ومعالجات لظاهرة الفساد المالي,كم وتم التوصل الى نتائج البحث من خلال تحليل قائمة الاستبانة التي وزعت على 30 محاسب يعملون في الجامعة التقنية الشمالية ببرنامج (spss)الاحصائي . الكلمات المفتاحية : (الازمة البيئية , الفساد المالي , التجارة الالكترونية , راس المال الفكري) Challenges facing the accounting profession (An exploratory study at the Northern Technical University) Bilal Mohammed Daood Technical Administrative College Northern Technical University 07507556842 Bilal_daood@ntu.edu.iq Abstract The research included the most important challenges facing the accounting profession in Iraq, and the research dealt with the theoretical aspect of these challenges represented by the environmental crisis, financial corruption, electronic commerce and intellectual capital, benefiting from the literature that was written on this subject, as the challenges facing the profession in the world are the same as they face in Iraq, except The relative importance of each challenge may differ from one environment to another. This is the aim of the research to show which challenges are greater than others. The research also included a practical aspect that included a list of a questionnaire distributed to a sample of accountants at the Northern Technical University that included several questions related to the topic of the research and the most important findings of the research that financial corruption is the biggest challenge facing the accounting profession in Iraq, and a recommendation came in the research that it is necessary to find ways and treatments for the phenomenon Financial corruption, how much. The results of the research were reached by analyzing the list of the questionnaire that was distributed to 30 accountants working at the Northern Technical University using the statistical (spss) program.
