الملخص
تقوم فكرة هذه الدّراسة على تحديد مظاهر تأثير طبيعة الثّقافة السياسية على الحالة المؤسسية للمجتمع المدني في الجزائر، وسبر العلاقة بينهما بما يتيح معرفة مواطن التداخل والسيطرة، مع ما يشكله ذلك من تأثير على نجاعة العملية السياسية ومدى علاقة بالنظام الديمقراطي. يشغل المُجتمع المدني حيّزا مُهما من بيئة العملية السّياسية، ويتفاعل مع المجتمع السياسي في كثير من الفضاءات إلى حد الإنصهار، وتنعكس طبيعة الثقافة السياسية للمجتمع بشكل مباشر على أداء منظمات المجتمع المدني سلباً أو إيجابا، وتكون فعاليات المجتمع المدني سياسياً أكثر إتصالاً مع المؤسسات الحزبية بحيث أصبح من الصّعب التفريق بينهما. The objective of this study is to identify the influence of political culture on the institutional status of civil society in Algeria and explore their relationships. This will enable us to comprehend the level of interaction and control, which in turn affects the effectiveness of the political process and its relationship with the democratic system. Civil society occupies an important space within the environment where the political process unfolds, as it interacts with political society in various spheres to the extent of fusion. The nature of political culture directly influences the performance of civil society organizations, either positively or negatively. The activities of civil society closely intertwined with politics, making it challenging to differentiate them from political institutions.
