الملخص

: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إدراج مقاربة جدلية توضح قوة الجزائر بموقعها الجغرافي لما لها من أهمية إستراتيجية وخصائص حيوية، تجمع بين ميزات نادرة استمدتها من موقعها المتوسط في خريطة العالم القديم، باعتبارها جسر اتصال ومحور التقاء بين أوروبا وأفريقيا وبين المغرب العربي والشرق الأوسط، وممرا حيويا للعديد من طرق الإتصال العالمية برا وبحرا وجوا، ومدى قدرتها على تحويل هذه القوة إلى قدرة تسعى من خلالها إلى لعب أدوارا مهمة مميزة في محيطها المغاربي بصفة خاصة، والأورومتوسطي بصفة عامة ومن خلالها تصبح الجزائر قوة إقليمية مؤثرة في محيطها بما يتوافق مع توجهاتها الإستراتيجية، و تماشيا مع التفاعلات والعلاقات التي تجمع الجزائر بدوائرها الجيوستراتيجية والحيوية نظرا لكون الفضاء المتوسطي ملعبا استراتيجيا لما يكتسيه من أهمية بالنسبة لها، وبناء على هذا توظف الجزائر كل مقارباتها من منطلقات ومرتكزات سياستها الخارجية This study seeks to include a dialectical approach that explains the strength of Algeria in its geographical location due to its strategic importance and vital characteristics, combining rare features that it derived from its average location in the map of the ancient world, it is a communication bridge and a meeting point between Europe and Africa and between the Maghreb and the Middle East, and a vital path for many Among the international means of communication by land, sea and air, and the extent of its ability to transform this force into a capacity through which it seeks to play important distinct roles in its Maghreb environment in particular, and the Euro-Mediterranean in general, and through which Algeria becomes a regional power influencing its surroundings in accordance with its strategic directions Yeh, and in line with the interactions and relationships that bring Algeria Bdoairha geostrategic and vital as the Mediterranean space is a strategic playground for the Akedzih of interest to them and based on this Algeria employs all Mgarbadtha of the premises and the pillars of its foreign policy
