الملخص
يعتبر الحق الإنسان في البيئة من حقوق الجيل الثالث, حيث يتطلب توفير الوسط الصحي المناسب ليعيش الإنسان حياة مزدهرة في بيئة خالية من الصادر التلوث ، الأمر الذي أدى إلى تكريس حق الإنسان في البيئة في مختلف الاتفاقيات و الإعلانات العالمية و الدولية و كذلك مختلف الدساتير الوطنية للدول. يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الحق في البيئة و توضيح مختلف معالمه المترابطة مع الحقوق الاخرى خاصة الحق في الحياة، الحق في الصحة ، الحق في العمل و الحق في الغداء ، و تحديد مختلف خصائصه المتميزة نظرا لطبيعته. The human right to the environment is a third generation right, where it requires the right health environment to live a prosperous life in an environment free from pollution. It has been recognized after considerable controversy over its existence and its consideration as a human right, thus enshrining the human right to the environment in various conventions, universal and international declarations and various national constitutions of States. The research aims to identify the right to the environment and to clarify the various features of it interrelated with other rights, especially the right to life, the right to health, the right to work and the right to lunch, and to identify the different characteristics of its distinct nature.
