جغرافية مفهوم الأمن ضمن مقاربة ترتيبات الأمن الإقليمية.

الملخص
ملخص: رغم الإسهامات المتعددة والمتنوعة التي قدمت بشأن مفهوم الأمن في العلاقات الدولية إلا أنه رغم ذلك لا يزال مفهوما مبهما وخلافيا بين دارسي حقل الدراسات الأمنية، ذلك أن الزوايا التحليلية تختلف باختلاف المقاربة التي عولج ضمنها مما أدي في كل مرة إلى إنتاج معان ودلالات جديدة له تعبر عن تطوره من جهة وتعبر عن قدرته في التنوع من جهة أخرى، وعلى هذا الأساس سيعالج هذا المقال أحد من الدلالات الجديدة والمتنوعة التي تمنح لمفهوم الأمن،ويكون ذلك بتغيير القوالب والمناظير التي تتم معالجة المفهوم داخلها، حيث سنصل في كل مرة إلى اكتشاف أو إنتاج مفهوم جديد يعبر عن معان جديدة مختلفة عن تلك التي سيقت لنا في السابق، ولأجل ذلك سيكون المدخل الإقليمي أهم المداخل المستخدمة في هذا المقال لمعالجة مصطلح الأمن والذي سيعبر – المدخل الإقليمي – عن أهم المفاهيم الأمنية التي أنتجت ضمنه، وبالتالي سنجد في النهاية أننا أمام مجموعة من المفاهيم المتعددة متنوعة تقدم إضافات أخرى للمفهوم لرفع بعض اللبس الذي شابه من جهة وتؤسس لأرضية مختلفة للبحث في معانيه مستقبلا من جهة أخرى Abstract: Despite the many and varied contributions that have been made regarding the concept of security in international relations, it is still a vague and controversial concept among students of the field of security studies, because the analytical angles differ according to the approach in which it was dealt with, which led each time to the production of new meanings and connotations for it that express Its development on the one hand and expresses its ability to diversify on the other hand, and on this basis this article will deal with one of the new and diverse connotations that are given to the concept of security, and that is by changing the templates and perspectives within which the concept is processed, as we will arrive each time to discovering or producing a new concept It expresses new meanings different from those given to us in the past, and for this reason the regional approach will be the most important approach used in this article to address the term security, which will express - the regional approach - the most important security concepts that were produced within it, and therefore we will find in the end that we are facing a set of concepts Multiple and diverse offers other additions to the concept to remove some of the confusion that surrounded it on the one hand, and establishes a different ground for researching its meanings in the future on the other hand.
