بناء برنامج علاجي يعتمد على نظام التواصل عبر تبادل الصور(pecs) للتقليل من نقص الكلمة عند حبسي بروكا

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن فعالية نظام التواصل عبر الصور (PECS) في التقليل من نقص الكلمة عند حبسي بروكا، وباستخدام دراسة حالة. تم الاستعانة ببند التسمية اللفظية لرائز MTA 2002 بتطبيقها على عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في حالتين يعانيان من نقص الكلمة بعد حادث وعائي دماغي، لملامسة نتائج التمريرين القبلي والبعدي بعد استفادتها من البرنامج العلاجي المقترح، وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: سمحت إعادة تأهيل نقص الكلمة عن طريق نظام التواصل عبر تبادل الصور (PECS) بتحسين الاستحضار المعجمي من خلال التقليل من نقص الكلمة سواء أثناء تدخل المختص أو أثناء التدخل الذاتي عبر مجموعة صور متاحة للحالة بالمنزل. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تقترح الدراسة استخدام نظام التواصل عبر تبادل الصور (PECS) للتكفل الفعال بنقص الكلمة وتعزيز التواصل الأمثل والوظيفي لحبسيي بروكا. Abstract: This research aims to reveal the the effectiveness of the pictures exchange communication system (PECS) in reducing word deficiencies in Broca aphasia, using the case study. The MTA 2002 verbal designation clause was used to apply it to the study sample of two speech deficiencies after a cerebral vascular accident, to contact the results of the tribal and remote exercises after benefiting from the sponsorship programme provided. The following results were reached: Rehabilitation of word deficiency through image exchange communication system (PECS) has improved lexical conjuring by reducing word deficiency both during specialist intervention and during self-intervention through a set of images available for home condition. In the light of these findings, the study proposes the use of the Pictures Exchange Communication System (PECS) to effectively ensure a lack of word and promote optimal and functional communication for individuals suffring from Broca aphasia.
