الملخص
الملخص: يمثل الإعداد الجيد للدروس التعليمية أهمية بالغة في نجاح الإدارة التعليمية،وذلك من خلال الدور الرئيسي الذي يقوم به المعلم أثناء تفاعله مع تلاميذ. ويتسم هذا الدور بأن من يقوم به تكون له القوة والقدرة على التأثير فيهم ،وتوجيه سلوكهم في سبيل بلوغ هدف المنشود في المنهاج التعلمي الحديث . لذا ركزت البحوث والدراسات التي تناولت موضوع الإعداد الجيدللدروس على تحديد أفضل أسلوب أو نمط قيادي يمكن للمعلم استخدامه ليحقق الهداف المطلوبة بكفاءة وفعالية. ومن خلال ما سبق ذكره، يسعى المقال إبراز اهم استراتيجية متبعة وفق الأسس العلمية في إعداد دروس التعليمية . Abstract: The good preparation of the educational lessons is of great importance in the success of the educational administration, through the main role that the teacher plays during his interaction with the students. This role is characterized by the fact that whoever performs it has the power and ability to influence them, and direct their behavior in order to achieve the desired goal in the modern educational curriculum. Therefore, research and studies that dealt with the topic of good preparation for lessons focused on determining the best leadership style or style that the teacher can use to achieve the desired goals efficiently and effectively. Through the foregoing, the article seeks to highlight the most important strategy followed in accordance with the scientific foundations in preparing educational lessons.
