الملخص
ملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى فعالية إستخدام التحليل الشبكي في إدارة الموارد المالية لمشروع 1500 وحدة سكنية في ولاية جيجل، حيث تم إبراز الدور المهم للجدولة المالية ، من خلال الاعتماد على أسلوب المسار الحرج CPM، وكيف يمكن من خلاله ضغط الزمن، مما يسمح بزيادة الوفرات المالية ضمن زمن إنجاز المشروع، تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة، كما تم استخدام التحليل الشبكي للمشروع، من خلال الإستعانة بالبرنامج الحاسوبي (Win QSB) المتخصص في إدارة وجدولة المشاريع الإنشائية، وكان من بين أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها هو إمكانية ضغط الزمن بفترة قدرها 2.8 شهر، ما سمح بإمكانية إنجاز المشروع في فترة أقل بـ15% عما تم تقديره عند بداية إنجاز المشروع، كما تم التوصل لتحديد مجال الوفرات المالية التي من شأنها مساعدة صاحب المشروع في تسيير النقدية الجاهزة بكفاءة عالية دون اللجوء إلى الإقتراض. الكلمات المفتاحيه: المشاريع الإنشائية؛ التحليل الشبكي، إدارة الموارد المالية. Abstract : The study aimed to find out the effectiveness of using network analysis in managing the financial resources of a project of 1500 housing units in the state of Jijel, where the important role of financial scheduling was highlighted, by relying on the critical path method (CPM), and how it can be compressed in time, which allows to increase the financial savings within the time of completion of the project, the study relied on the descriptive analytical method, and the network analysis of the project was used, through the use of the computer program (Win QSB) specialized in managing and scheduling construction projects. Among the most important results reached was the possibility of compressing the time by a period of 2.8 months, which allowed the possibility of completing the project in a period that was 15% less than what was estimated at the beginning of the project’s completion. it was also reached to determine the scope of financial savings that would assist the project owner in managing the ready cash with high efficiency without resorting to borrowing. Résumé : cette étude visait à déterminer l'efficacité de l'utilisation de l'analyse de réseau, dans la gestion des ressources financières d'un projet de 1500 logements dans la wilaya de Jijel, où le rôle important de la planification financière a été mis en évidence, en s'appuyant sur la méthode du chemin critique (CPM) , et comment il peut être compressé dans le temps, ce qui permet d'augmenter les économies financières dans le temps de réalisation du projet, l'étude s'est appuyée sur la méthode analytique descriptive, et l'analyse du réseau du projet a été utilisée, à travers l'utilisation de programme informatique (Win QSB) spécialisé dans la gestion et l'ordonnancement de projets de construction. Parmi les résultats les plus importants atteints, il y a la possibilité de réduire le temps d'une période de 2,8 mois, ce qui a permis de terminer le projet dans un délai inférieur de 15% à ce qui avait été estimé au début de l'achèvement du projet. il a également été convenu de déterminer l'ampleur des économies financières qui permettraient au maître d'ouvrage de gérer la trésorerie disponible avec une grande efficacité sans recourir à l'emprunt.
