The Public Water Service in Algeria has been the exclusive preserve of the State until Law 12/05, which opened the way for the private sector to participate in the service management through management contracts: SEAAL, SEOR, SEACO and SEATA. This research aims to highlight public-private partnership as a mechanism for the management of water service through a review of Constantine's experience. This research concluded that private sector involvement in management has had a positive impact on some aspects of the service, while not live up to the expected level in other aspects.
