نحو مدخل نظري للإعاقة كظاهرة اجتماعية

الملخص
ملخص: تتضمّن الورقة البحثيّة مدخلاً نظريًّا عن الإعاقة كظاهرة اجتماعيّة؛ وذلك بالنّظر إلى التّساؤل السوسيولوجي لهذه الظّاهرة من خلال تناول علم الاجتماع لها، وهذا بعد توضيح كيفيّة تطوّر هذا المفهوم وتحليل بعض المفاهيم المرتبطة به. وتهدف الورقة إلى الكشف عن الجانب السّوسيولوجي للظّاهرة؛ وذلك بالتّطرق إلى أهمّ علماء الاجتماع الّذين تناولوها كظاهرة اجتماعيّة بالتّحليل والدّراسة. أمّا عن منهج الدّراسة فقد تمّ الاعتماد على المنهج النّوعي التّحليلي؛ وذلك بالاطّلاع على ما كتب عنها كظاهرة اجتماعيّة في الدّراسات السّوسيولوجيّة من خلال تناول العلماء لها كمدخل لعلم الاجتماع الطبـّي أمثال "تالكوت بارسونز" و"ايرفنج جوفمان" وتحليليها واستقراء بعض النّتائج ذات العلاقة بموضوع الدّراسة. وعليه توصّلت دراستنا إلى أنّ علم الاجتماع، وبالأخصّ علم الاجتماع الطبّي عدَّ الإعاقة ظاهرة مرضيّة لها عوارض ونتائج صحّيّة واجتماعية أيضًا، فهناك ارتباط وثيق بين البيئة الاجتماعيّة وطرق التّعامل مع الظّاهرة وكلّها تعكس ثقافة مجتمع ما. Abstract : The present paper contains a theoretical introduction to disability as a social phenomenon, given the sociological question of disability by addressing sociology of disability, after explaining how the concept of disability evolves and analysing some of the concepts associated with it. This paper aims to reveal the sociological aspect of the disability phenomenon by addressing the most important sociologists who have addressed the disability phenomenon as a social phenomenon by analysis and study. On the study curriculum, the qualitative analytical curriculum was based on what was written about disability as a social phenomenon through the sociology of social scientists from the entrance to medical sociology such as "Talcott Parsons", "Irving Goffman" and its analysis and extrapolation of some findings relevant to the study topic. The current study therefore found that sociology, particularly medical sociology, considered disability to be a pathological phenomenon with symptoms and health and social outcomes as well. There is a close link between the social environment and ways of dealing with it, all of which reflect a society's culture
