نحو نظام أفضل لأبحاث الدراسات العليا يكفل تحقيق أهداف البحث العلمي (تجربة جامعة القاهرة نموذجا) Towards A Better System For Postgraduate Research That Ensures The Achievement Of The Objectives Of Scientific Research (cairo University Experience As A Model)

الملخص
It goes without saying that the type of research that is concerned with the applied, practical and field aspect is in fact creating a new field research point, not theory and creativity rather than research. Examples of this are case study research, policy papers and position paper; I believe that scientific research in all its fields is more in need of this type than long theoretical research, and that the true researcher who has the faculty of scientific research tends more to short research that establishes a field research point, not to long research that is in fact just a compilation or interviews (comparative studies) of the results. It was produced by short research in the past. In order for the researcher to produce scientific research that is truly beneficial to humanity and applicable, this research must stem from his practical experience in the research point in question, and this is appropriate for short research because it deals with a specific research point. In reality, the researcher is not familiar with scientific experience except in a few of these chapters, so he writes them perfectly and is forced to fill the rest of the chapters with low-level production. It is worth mentioning that Cairo University, after being convinced that science needs field research more than theoretical, and that most of the field research that establishes new field research points that are short rather than long, has developed a new system for the form of scientific theses to be applied starting from October 2021, represented in two short master’s research and three short research published in a refereed journal Instead of a long thesis, a reward of ten thousand pounds has been allocated for a master’s researcher and fifteen thousand pounds for a doctoral researcher who adheres to applying these rules during the first six months from the date of approval of the university council to register him. This is after the old system in it and the current one in the rest of the Egyptian universities for postgraduate research in Egyptian universities is represented in the researcher preparing a single scientific thesis. In this paper, we discuss the disadvantages of the old system and the advantages of the new system. غني عن البيان أن نوع الأبحاث الذي يهتم بالجانب التطبيقي والعملي والميداني يكون في حقيقته إنشاء لنقطة بحثية ميدانية جديدة لا نظرية وإبداعا أكثر من كونه بحثا ومن أمثلة ذلك بحوث دراسة الحالة وأوراق السياسات وورقة الموقف؛ وأرى أن البحث العلمي في جميع ميادينه أحوج إلى هذا النوع أكثر من الأبحاث النظرية الطويلة، وأن الباحث الحق الذي يملك ملكة البحث العلمي يميل أكثر إلى الأبحاث القصيرة المنشئة لنقطة بحثية ميدانية لا للأبحاث الطويلة التي تكون في حقيقتها مجرد تجميع أو مقابلات (دراسات مقارنة) لنتائج أنتجتها أبحاث قصيرة قديما. وكي ينتج الباحث بحثا علميا حقا نافعا للبشرية قابلا للتطبيق لابد أن يكون هذا البحث نابعا من خبرته العملية في النقطة البحثية محل البحث، ويناسب ذلك الأبحاث القصيرة لأنها تتناول نقطة بحثية محددة، أما في الأبحاث الطويلة فيختار الباحث موضوعا يضم عدة فصول (نقاط بحثية) وفي الواقع لا يكون الباحث ملما بخبرة علمية إلا في قلة قليلة من هذه الفصول فيكتبها بإتقان ويضطر إلى ملء بقية الفصول بإنتاج ضعيف المستوى. وجدير بالذكر أن جامعة القاهرة إثر اقتناعها بحاجة العلم إلى البحث الميداني أكثر من النظري وبأن معظم الأبحاث الميدانية المنشئة لنقاط بحثية ميدانية جديدة تكون قصيرة لا طويلة استحدثت نظاما جديدا لشكل الرسائل العلمية يطبق بدءا من أكتوبر 2021م يتمثل في بحثين قصيرين للماجستير وثلاثة أبحاث قصيرة منشورة بدورية محكمة للدكتوراة بدلا من الرسالة الطويلة، كما خصصت مكافأة قدرها عشرة آلاف جنيه لباحث الماجستير وخمسة عشر ألف جنيه لباحث الدكتوراة الذي يلتزم بتطبيق هذه القواعد خلال الستة أشهر الأولى من تاريخ موافقة مجلس الجامعة على تسجيله. وذلك بعد أن كان النظام القديم بها والحالي ببقية الجامعات المصرية لأبحاث دراسات العليا بالجامعات المصرية يتمثل في إعداد الباحث رسالة علمية وحيدة. نتناول في ورقتنا البحثية هذه عيوب النظام القديم ومزايا النظام الجديد.
