الملخص
هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تبيين مساهمة ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات العائلية في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة بمؤسسة الدراسة الميدانية "Sarl sofcontra". حيث تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، و منهج دراسة الحالة و ذلك بإعداد الاستبانة و توزيعها على عمال الشركة حيث بلغ مجموع الاستمارات الموزعة 34 استمارة تم استرداد 30 منها، و التي تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج Spss v.25 ، فأسفرت الدراسة عن وجود أثر إيجابي قوي لمجالات المسؤولية الاجتماعية بالشركة محل الدراسة على تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة عند مستوى دلالة 5%. This research paper aimed to show the contribution of social responsibility practices of family businesses in achieving the goals of sustainable development in the the company of study “Sarl Sofcontra”. Where the descriptive approach and the case study approach were relied upon by preparing a sample and distributing it to the company’s workers, as the total number of distributed forms reached 34 forms, 30 of which were retrieved, which were analyzed using the program Spss V.25, The study resulted in a strong positive impact of the areas of social responsibility in the company under study on achieving the goals of sustainable development at the level of significance of 5%.
