الطلاق في الجزائر-مدينة بسكرة –أنموذجا-

الملخص
الطلاق من الظواهر الاجتماعية التي تسبب القلق والتوتر،لأنها تؤدي إلى تفكك الأسرة وتشتت أفرادها،وقد إرتفعت نسبة الطلاق في الآونة الأخيرة بشكل كبير في معظم المجتمعات ،مما ترتب عليه العديد من الآثار السلبية والمشاكل النفسية التي أصابت المجتمع والعائلة والأبناء ،فثقافة المجتمع وقيمه ومعتقداته وقناعاته لها دور كبير في إرتفاع هذه النسبة إذ إن المشكلات الأسرية المنتشرة في المجتمع هي ذات طبيعة قيمية ،فالنسق القيمي في المجتمع وما يتضمنه من أفكار وقيم وعادات وتقاليد عن الزواج ،وطريقة إختيار ألشريك والعلاقة بين الزوجين، والصفات والطبائع الخاصة لكليهما وتدخل الأهل تؤثر سلبا أو إيجابا في طبيعة سير العلاقة بينهما وبين المجتمع ،ومن بين المجتمعات التي تعاني هذه الظاهرة مجتمع مدينة بسكرة بالصحراء الجزائرية ، خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة أصبح منتشر حتى عند كبار السن .Divorce is one of the social phenomena that cause anxiety and tension, because it leads to the disintegration of the family and the dispersal of its members, and the divorce rate has recently increased significantly in most societies, resulting in many negative effects and psychological problems that afflicted society, family and children, the culture of the community, its values, beliefs and convictions. It has a major role in the rise of this percentage, as the family problems prevalent in society are of a value nature. The value system in society and what it contains of ideas, values, customs and traditions about marriage, the method of choosing a partner, the relationship between spouses, the special characteristics and natures of both, and the intervention of parents affect negatively or positively. In the nature of the course of the relationship between them and society, and among the societies that suffer from this phenomenon, the city of Biskra in the Algerian desert, especially in recent years, has become widespread even among the
