الملخص
الملخص: يعالج هذا المقال ظاهرة انحراف الأطفال والجريمة لدى الطفل ، حيث تم التركيز على أهمية الدراسة العلمية لظاهرة انحراف الأطفال الأحداث وعلاقة نوعية حياة الطفل وأسرته بالجريمة في سلطنة عمان. وقد تم عرض وتحليل مفهو الانحراف، وجريمة الأطفال، وموقف القانون العماني من الحدث ، وكيفية التعامل مع الأطفال الجانحين. بالإضافة إلأى شرح أنماط الجنوح. علوة على عرض وتحليل الدراسة العلمية لظاهرة جنوح الأطفال والجريمة ، استنادا إلى أهمية الوقوف على جودة الحياة كآلية لمواجهة الظاهرة، وتوضيح التحديات التي تواجه البحث العلمي أثناء دراسة ظاهرة جنوح الأحداث. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأطفال ، جنوح الأحداث نوعية الحياة، البحث العلمي. الأحداث، سلطنة عمان. Abstract : This article deals with the phenomenon of child delinquency and crime among children, focusing on the importance of scientific study of the phenomenon of juvenile child delinquency and the relationship of the quality of life of the child and his family to crime in the Sultanate of Oman.
