الملخص

ازدادت أهمية التكوين أثناء الخدمة في السنوات الأخيرة في الجزائر،كزنه ىيمثل حاجة بيداغوجية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الفروق في حاجيات التكوين للمعلمين أثناء الحدمة بحسب الملمح المهني ،من خلال متغيرات: الإطار،نوع التوظيف ،الإستفادة من التكوين . قمنا بإعداد أداة قياس للحاجات التكوينية و بعد التأكد من خصائصها السيكومترية أجريت على عينة من 404 معلما في ولاية مستغانم.وبعد جمع المعطيات قمنا بإجراء مقارنا ت بين مختلف المعلمين باستخدام تحليل التباين المتعدد فحصلنا على النتائج التالية: توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الحاجات التكوينية لصالح أستاد التعليم الإبتدائي والأستاذ الرئيسي مقارنة بالأستاذ المكون - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الحاجات التكوينية لصالح المعلمين المتخرجين من الجامعة والمتخرجين من المعهد مقانة بالمعلم الموطف بشكل مباشر. توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الحاجات التكوينية لصالح المعلمين الذين أستفادوا سنتين مقارنة بالمعلمين اللذين أستفادوا سنة واحدة والذين أستفادوا من التكوين ثلاث سنوات. الكلمات المفتاحية :حاجات التكوين أثناء الخدمة - الحاجات التكوينية وملمح المعلمين - الفروق قي الحاجات التكوينية - The importance of in-service training has increased in the recent years in Algeria as it represents a pedagogical need . This study aimed to find out the differences in training needs of teachers of in-service training according to the professional profile, trough the variable frame work(calcification),type of employment, benefit of training.We constructed an instrument measuring teachers needs, consisted of60items, confirmed it’s psychometrics characteristics (properties).we applied it on a sample of 404teachrs,after collecting data we compared the deferent . teachers profile using the statistical measure MANOVA .(multivariable analysis of variances).the results that there are statistically differences significant in favor of primary school teachers and principal teachers compared to teacher trainers ,there is a statistical significant differences in favor of teachers coming from university and teachers coming from institute compared to teachers of direct employment, and there are statistically significant differences in the training needs in favor of teachers who benefited from training two years compared to teachers who benefited one year and those who benefited from training tree years.
