مسألة التدوين التاريخي في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني

الملخص
مرَّ التدوين التاريخي بالجزائر خلال العهد العثماني بمرحلتين، تحكمت فيهما العديد من العوامل، فعَرفت المرحلة الأولى بالعزوف عن التدوين التاريخي، أما المرحلة الثانية ظهرت فيها الجدية في الكتابة،لعوامل أهمها الأحداث التي عرفتها الجزائر كتحرير مدينة وهران من الاحتلال الإسباني، وتَقرب بعض الحكام من العلماء. لذا فقد كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة أسباب العزوف عن التدوين التاريخي بدايات الحكم العثماني للجزائر، ثم كيف بدأ يستعيد نشاطه تدريجيا، كما سنركز على خصائص هذه الكتابات التي ظهرت ودوافعها، لمعرفة مدى تطور التدوين التاريخي. وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في كونهاتعرفنا على طبيعة الكتابة في التاريخ وأهم القضايا المعالجة، وعليه فإن إشكالية هذه الدراسة تتمحور حول مميزات الكتابة التاريخية في الجزائر خلال هذه الفترة، التي تمت معالجتها باتباع المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، لنصل إلى أن الكتابة في التاريخ في تلك الفترة تحكمت فيها الظرفية التاريخية، فكانت أساس نشاطها وقضاياها. Historical writing in Algeria during The Ottoman period, went through two phases that had been influenced by several factors.The first phase had known some reluctance in historical writing, while the second phase had shown some serioussness in writing due to some important historic events such as the liberation of the city of Oran from Spanish Occupation in 1792, and some rapprochement between the rulers and the scholars. Therefore , the aim of this study is to find out the reasons for the reluctance of historical writing at the begining of the Ottoman rule in Algeria and how did it gradually began to prosper and as we will also focus on these writing characteristics which emerged and its motivating factor, in order to see the extent of the hitorical writing development. The importance of this study, is that it will introduce us to the nature of writing in History and how it was dealt with most important cases. Hence, the problem in this study revolves around the characteristics of the historical writing in Algeria during that period and the subject was managed by following the descriptive and analytical methodology so that weconclude that historical writing during that period, was influenced by the historical circumstance which was the basis for its activities and cases.
