الملخص
علم المنهجية علم يهتم بصناعة الإنسان فيجعله يعتمد على نفسه قادرا على إخراج مكنوناته إلى الوجود ، فلا يكون حبيس أفكاره ، لا يستطيع التعبير عنها. لسنا نبالغ إن قلنا أن أهم فقرة في كتابة البحوث العلمية تتمثل في القدرة على التعبير عن الأفكار بالأسلوب الخاص إذ أن أغلب السرقات العلمية كان سببها التعدي على أفكار وألفاظ الغير وطريقة تعبيرهم على الأفكار فجاءت النصوص القانونية تجرم هذه التصرفات حماية للملكية الفكرية وترسيخا لمبادئ علم المنهجية و لعل إعداد خطة بحث باستقلالية تامة هو أحد أبرز أسس علم المنهجية وهو محور هذه الدراسة. Abstract: Methodology is a science concerned with the formation of man, making him dependent on himself, able to express what is in him and to make it real, so that he is not locked in his thoughts, we are not exaggerating if we say that the most important goal in writing scientific research is the ability to express ideas in a particular way. Most scientific thefts have been caused by transgressing other people's ideas and words and the way they express their ideas Thus the legal texts criminalize these acts to protect intellectual property and consolidate the principles of methodology. The preparation of an independent research plan is perhaps one of the most important foundations of methodology and is the subject of this study.
