التنميط الجنائي وسيلة لمساعدة المحقق الجنائي أم تحقيق من نوع جديد؟

الملخص
ظهرت الجريمة مع ظهور الانسان وتكون المجتمعات، مما أضفى عليها صفة الظاهرة الاجتماعية الواجب معالجتها والتصدي لها. من هذا المنطلق فإنه من الضروري مواكبة التطور الذي تعرفه ظاهرة الإجرام للحد منها. وقد صاحب تطور الجريمة تطور أساليب الاثبات التقليدية إلى أساليب علمية حديثة مثل الطب الشرعي، وعلم النفس الجنائي الذي يلعب دورا فعالا في تحليل طريقة تفكير المجرم واحتمال ردود أفعاله. والهدف من التحقيق الجنائي مهما كانت وسائله هو التوصل إلى أدلة الاثبات التي تدين أو تبرئ المتهم في حالة كونه معروفا، أو الوصول إلى حصر قائمة الأشخاص المحتمل ارتكابهم الجريمة لمعرفة المجرم المجهول. ويعتبر التنميط الجنائي وسيلة من وسائل التحقيق الجنائي المعتمدة للبحث عن المجرم المجهول، وذلك بالبحث عن وجود علاقة ممكنة بين الأدلة المادية والسلوكية التي يعثر عليها في مسرح الجريمة والبروفيل البسيكولوجي لمرتكب الجريمة، ويتم ذلك بتتبع هذه الآثار وبتحليلها لدراسة مميزات وسلوك المجرم من أجل تحديد شخصيته. الكلمات المفتاحية: تحقيق – جنائي – تنميط – المجرم المجهول-البروفيل البسيكولوجي Criminal profiling a way to assist the criminal investigator or a new investigation? Crime appeared with the emergence of humankind and the formation of societies, which gave it the characteristic of a social phenomenon that must be addressed. From this standpoint, it is necessary to keep pace with the evolution of the phenomenon of criminality to reduce it. The development of crime accompanied the development of traditional methods of proof into modern scientific methods such as forensic medicine, and forensic psychology, which plays an effective role in analysing the criminal's way of thinking and the likelihood of his reactions. The aim of the criminal investigation is to obtain evidentiary evidence that incriminates or excuses the accused, in case he is known, or access to enumerate the list of persons likely to commit the crime to identify the unknown criminal. Criminal profiling is considered one of the approved forensic investigation methods to search for the unknown criminal, this is done by looking for a possible relationship between the physical and behavioural evidence found at the crime scene and the psychological profile of the perpetrator of the crime, and that is done by tracking these effects and analysing them to study the characteristics and behaviour of the criminal in order to determine his personality.
