الملخص
الملخص: يتناول هذا البحث الكلام عن مختلف الحديث ومشكله بدراسة تطبيقية، وذلك من خلال النظر في الإشكالات الواردة على حديث: «الحياء والعِيّ شعبتان من الإيمان، والبَذَاء والبيان شعبتان من النفاق»؛ من توهّم تعارضه مع مدح الله ﷻ ورسوله ﷺ للبيان، وتوهم تعارضه مع أحاديث أخرى، وتوهّم معارضته للنظر. كما يقدّم هذا البحث دراسة إجمالية عن هذا الحديث، روايةً ودراية؛ وذلك بتخريجه، وتفسير غريبه، وبيان شيء من معانيه. وقد توصّل البحث إلى أنّ الفهم السليم عن الله ﷻ ورسوله ﷺ هو الخطوة الأولى المعينة على دفع الإشكالات بالتوفيق بين الأحاديث التي ظاهرها التعارض أو الترجيح لبعضها؛ لذا كان من المهم الوقوف على المعاني التفسيرية، فالحديث ذم البيان المُبالغ فيه، وليس هو البيان الذي يُعد نعمة من نعم الله ﷻ. وجدير بالذكر أنّه إذا ادُّعِيَ بأن الحديث يردّه النظر فإنه يتبغي التنبّه إلى أن الإشكال بُنِيَ على التسليم بأن الإيمان أمر مكتسب، لكنّه أمر غريزيّ، وجعلُ الحياء شعبة منه لا يُصَيِّر الغريزة اكتساباً. Abstract: This paper studies apparently contradictory ḥadith through an applied study of the ḥadith: “Modesty and reticence are two branches of faith, and profanity and temerity are two branches of hypocrisy”, and the issues regarding its perceived contradiction with Allah and His Messenger’s praise of expression, other ḥadiths, and logic. This research studies this ḥadith’s narration and narrative comprehensively through its authentication, and clarification of terms and meanings. It concludes that firstly a sound understanding of Allah and His Messenger is needed to eliminate obscurities through reconciliation of such hadiths, or preponderance; thus, the consideration of exegetical meanings is important as it shows that the ḥadith disapproves of audacious expression, and not that which is among Allah’s blessings. It is worth clarifying that the issue is based on the consideration that faith is acquired but also instinctive and considering modesty a branch of it does not render instinct into something acquired.
