الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال التي أصبحت تلعب دورا محوريا في مجال تقنية المعلومات ويمكن أن نحقق النتائج المرجوة منها، إذا ما تم ربط نظام الحوكمة وهذه التقنية المعلوماتية، لتعطي القيمة المثلى لها، ولإثراء بحثنا قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة ميناء مستغانم، حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد قمنا بتوزيع استمارة على فئات عينة الدراسة مثلها بعض المسيرين، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة لها مستوى جيد نوعا ما من حيث تطبيق حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال حيث هي آلية المعتمد عليها للتحكم الأمثل في تكنولوجيا المعلومات. Abstract This study aims to shed light on the role of information and communication technology, which has become a pivotal role in the field of information technology, and we can achieve the desired results if the governance system and this information technology are linked, to give the optimum value to it, and to enrich our research, we conducted a field study at the level of the Port Corporation Mostaganem, where we used the descriptive analytical approach, and we distributed a form to the categories of the study sample, as were some of the managers, and the study concluded that the institution has a fairly good level in terms of the application of information and communication technology governance, .as it is a reliable mechanism for optimal control of information technology Keywords: governance ; information and communication technology; information and communication technology governance; Mostaganem .
