دور المؤسسات السياسيّة والاقتصاديّة الإفريقيّة في منع وحلّ النّزاعات المسلحة.

الملخص
بدأت الدول الإفريقيّة بعد الاستقلال العمل على بناء الدولة وتحقيق التنميّة المستدامة وفق الرؤية التي فرضتها الظروف الاقتصادية والبيئة السياسيّة والأمنيّة ، إلّا أنّ النّزاعات المسلحة الداخليّة والاقليميّة في القارّة الإفريقية عرقلت نجاح هذه الأهداف ، بالرّغم من المبادرات الإفريقيّة التي عملت على تسوية هذه النّزاعات ، لاتزال القارّة تعاني من ظواهر الحروب الأهليّة ، الانقلابات العسكريّة والصّراع على الموارد ، هذا ما أثر على كل محاولة تطور وتحديث للدولة الإفريقيّة ، لذا من الضروري ايجاد آليات جديدة فعالة تمنع نشوب النّزاعات المسلحة وتعمل على حلّها من اجل بناء السّلم والأمن في القارّة الافريقيّة. Abstract: After independence, African countries began to work on building the state and achieving sustainable development in accordance with the vision imposed by the economic conditions and the political and security environment. But internal and regional armed conflicts in the African continent have hampered the success of these goals ,despite of African initiatives that worked to settle these armed conflicts. The continent is still suffering from the phenomena of civil wars, military coups and the struggle for resources , this is what affected every attempt to develop and modernize the African state . Therefore, it is necessary to find new effective mechanisms that prevent the outbreak of armed conflicts and work to resolve them in order to build peace and security on the African continent.
