الإعلام الجديد وتأثيره على الأمن الهوياتي الجزائري في ظل تنامي ظاهرة العولمة

الملخص
لطالما ارتبط أمن الدول بحماية حدودها من الأخطار الخارجية بالاعتماد على الجوانب العسكرية والمادية خاصة في فترة الحرب الباردة التي ارتكزت على الأمن الصلب Hard Security حسب ما طرحته نظريات العلاقات الدولية لكن في ظل العولمة تساهم وسائل الاتصال أو ما يعرف الإعلام الجديد في تهديد هويات الدول وزعزعة أمن واستقرار الدول ومنها الجزائر التي ليست في منأى عن هده التهديدات التي تسعى لضرب المعتقدات وتأجيج الخلافات الداخلية بإثارة النعرات الإثنية، الدينية واللغوية ومرتكزات الهوية الجزائرية باستعمال وسائل التواصل المختلفة، وعليه هدفت الدراسة لدراسة هذه التحديات وسياسات التصدي لها. وعلى هذا الأساس يعالج الموضوع إشكالية دور الإعلام الجديد في تهديد مرتكزات الدولة القيمية وهذا وفق مقاربة منهجية تعتمد على تأصيل المفهوم والبحث في آثار وسائل الإعلام على المجتمع الجزائري. Abstract: The security of states has always been associated with protecting their borders from external dangers by relying on military and material aspects, especially in the Cold War period, which was based on hard security, according to what was proposed by the theories of international relations. And the stability of countries, including Algeria, which is not immune from these threats that seek to strike beliefs and fuel internal disputes by provoking ethnic, religious and linguistic strife and the foundations of Algerian identity using various means of communication, and accordingly the study aimed to study these challenges and policies to address them. On this basis, the topic addresses the problematic role of the new media in threatening the state's value foundations, and this is according to a systematic approach that relies on rooting the concept and researching the effects of the media on Algerian society
